We’d only ask for sensitive personal information where we have a valid reason, such as accessibility or dietary requirements for specific events.

We will communicate with you if you have engaged with our e-commerce capability and this will be separate to e-mail marketing messages. These marketing communications include new workshops, courses and events we think you’ll find of interest based on your relationship with us.
Our email marketing communications uses MailChimp which tracks the effectiveness of our communications with you, including when a message is delivered, opened and how many links are clicked within the message. This is to help deliver more relevant e-mails in future.

We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of personal information to keep it secure. We aim to ensure any transfers of information are done securely, in accordance with best practice and in compliance with data protection laws. pitchblue partners and information processors (eg. MailChimp) are committed to respect the confidentiality of your personal information.

How long we keep your personal information
We will remove your personal information from our records if you unsubscribe from our mailing list or if you request us to delete your name and address from our direct mail list.
